How to Issue Your Participation Certificate

From July 10^th.noon, Participation certificate can be issued by yourself.

For onsite(KOBE) participants, the certificate is printed on the name card.
If you need a reissue, please follow the steps below.

Place of publication: The 70th Annual Meeting of the JSA website

Note

You can issue it yourself up to 3 times.
The name, affiliation, etc. entered at the first issuance cannot be changed from the second issuance.
Certificates will be issued from the WEB site until the end of December 2023. Please note that non-member participants will not be able to accept future issuances.

Registration (for participation onsite)

Period:

February 15th, 2023(Wed) noon - May 11th, 2023(Thu)
*Japanese standard time
*Registration for participation on the web will open from noon of May 30th, 2023(Tue)[JST].

Methods of payment:

Credit card only
The payment must be done by due date.
Deadline for payment: May 11th, 2023(Thu)[JST]

* If you need travelling VISA, please contact JSA secretariat when the registration is completed.
We will prepare for the VISA application form for you upon confirming your payment.

Cancellation:

Once the payment is settled, it will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Registration fee: JPY 23,100

＊Registration Confirmation will be issued automatically.
Please bring it with you to the reception desk below.

You can print the receipt only 1 time on your account page.
Click “Receipt” button, you can print the receipt each your purchased.

To all participants (About Infection prevention measures)

Request for all visitors

You must wear a mask for infection control measures when you visit a venue.
Please check and regard announcement about covid-19 form Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare.

Temperature check and Sterilization

We check all participant`s temperature.
Please disinfect your hands with sanitizer and wash frequently.

For Congestion reducing

We will restrict the number of people allowed inside when it is getting busy at entrance and exhibition venue. Please take you time when you come.
We set the seat with space. Please Keep physical distance from other participants as possible.

Infection control measures

We ventilate at Presentation and exhibition venue and disinfect our equipment thoroughly.

All staffs check them temperature every day.
